The W8-2282 from Tang Band is an extremely impressive shallow 8" subwoofer driver. This subwoofer features a mounting depth of less than 1-1/2", which allows it to be mounted virtually anywhere from under a vehicle seat to the side of a tower speaker.

The powerful ferrite motor struncture is tucked inside the durable plastic frame of the subwoofer, and features a vented pole piece. The aluminum cone of this driver is able to withstand a wide range of temperatures, while the surround is comprised of a low-loss santoprene for improved linearity.
