1 Shipping
1.1 I have not received a track & trace code

It sometimes happens that the automatically generated track & trace email lands in your spamfolder. If this is not the case, contact us and we will send it to you!

 

1.2 What are the shipping times of SoundImports?

When you have placed your order with in stock items, before 16.00h (Amsterdam +1 gmt), we will ship the package out today. It varies per country when the package will be delivered.

2.1 Do all products include European power cables?

Yes. All products include relevant EU power cables.

 

Dayton Audio is a brand from the United Stated. Every product contains U.S. power cables. As part of the excellent service SoundImports is aiming for, all products come with the right EU power cables.

 

Some amplifiers also include fuses.

 

2.2 Are all products compatible with the European market?

Yes. All products carried by SoundImports are compatible with the European market. Certain amplifiers and subwoofers/speaker systems are not offered on our webshop because these are not compatible with the European power grid.
