The Vibrofiltr Madelin Tape 1 Damping Tape is a 1 mm self-adhesive damping tape for sealing and damping joints between plastic parts, supplied in a precise 25 x 600 mm format.

The Vibrofiltr Madelin Tape 1 is a polyester fibre nonwoven damping material with a full one-sided adhesive layer. The adhesive is protected by release paper or film before use, and the 1 mm thickness makes the tape suitable for narrow contact points where a compact damping layer is needed.
This tape is intended for sealing vehicle parts, especially where plastic elements meet. It creates a damping interface between parts and is a practical accessory for reducing contact-related noise in trim and panel joints.
With a length of 600 mm and a width of 25 mm, Madelin Tape 1 is designed for precise placement rather than broad surface coverage. The black colour keeps the result discreet, while the adhesive backing supports straightforward fitting during installation or workshop preparation.
The material has a density of 75 g/m², a breaking stress of at least 0.15 MPa and a bonding force to the supporting surface of at least 3.5 N/m. Its fire resistance is specified with a burning rate of no more than 100 mm/min.
