Disputes:
Agreements between an entrepreneur and a consumer to which these terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

All disputes, including disputes considered as such by only one of the parties, arising from the agreement to which these terms and conditions apply, or relating to the terms and conditions themselves and their interpretation or application, whether factual or legal in nature, shall be decided exclusively by the competent court, unless Soundimports chooses to submit the dispute to the competent court in the buyer's place of residence or establishment.

Complaints procedure
The entrepreneur has a sufficiently publicised complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this complaints procedure.

Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within a reasonable period after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints must be described fully and clearly.

Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the entrepreneur will respond within the 14-day period with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.
