Sure Electronics AA-AS43112 GAU4 4.1 Channel Digital Audio Gaming Amplifier
The GAU4 by Sure Electronics is a 4.1-channel audio amplifier system, engineered for gaming and home entertainment environments where dynamic sound is essential. It delivers 4 x 50W outputs for full-range channels and an additional 100W dedicated subwoofer channel, offering powerful bass response and surround sound capabilities. At the heart of the GAU4 is the Texas Instruments TPA3116 class D amplifier IC, ensuring high-efficiency and low distortion operation.
With versatile input support, including 3.5mm analog, USB Type-C, and optical digital inputs, the GAU4 provides seamless integration with a wide range of audio sources—from PCs and gaming consoles to media players. Independent onboard potentiometers allow users to manually control volume, tone, bass, and balance, or disable them for digital control via the RJ11 PC UI port.
Designed to run on a wide DC input voltage range (12–24V), it’s compatible with ATX12V power supplies and comes equipped with secure Molex Mini-Fit connectors for both power and speaker outputs. The amplifier includes built-in LED indicators for power and fault status, self-locking connectors to prevent loosening, and meets FCC and CE safety certifications.
With an idle current of 0.13A (at 24V), a typical SNR of 94.9 dB, and low THD+N figures (as low as 0.01% via mono input), the GAU4 ensures clean and detailed sound output suitable for high-performance gaming systems or compact entertainment setups.
Compact in size (190 x 116 x 37 mm) and weighing 680g, the GAU4 is built for integration into custom enclosures, gaming cabinets, or desktop rigs. Optional accessories include dedicated power and output cables, as well as a PC interface control kit for DSP adjustments.
