        HR Medewerker/ HR Officer (24-38 hr p/w)

        Location: Groningen – Peizerweg

        SoundImports is growing fast, and our team is growing with it! In recent years, we have grown from a small webshop into the highest-rated webshop for DIY audio in Europe. In the coming years, we will strongly focus on further professionalization and optimization of our processes and our people.

        And do you enjoy working in a fast-growing e-commerce organization with a close-knit team? SoundImports is looking for an HR Officer who ensures that our processes are well organized. You will actively help further professionalize and grow our organization. From personnel administration and onboarding to absenteeism management and recruitment: you ensure that everything related to our employees is well arranged, allowing our team to continue growing and working with enthusiasm toward ambitious company goals.

        What will you do?

        As an HR Officer, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of HR processes within our organization. You support employees and management, while also taking ownership of structuring and professionalizing HR. You help attract, develop, and retain strong employees (A-players) and support managers in conducting effective performance and development discussions.

        Your main responsibilities include:

        • Monitoring and improving employee satisfaction
        • Advising management on HR-related matters
        • Improving HR processes and organizational culture
        • Coordinating onboarding and training of new employees
        • Managing administration related to recruitment and selection processes
        • Managing absenteeism, including contact with occupational health services and (if necessary) UWV
        • Managing and applying employment conditions
        • Maintaining and processing personnel administration

        What we find important:

        • You have 3–6 years of experience in HR and payroll administration
        • You have completed a degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
        • You think in solutions and enjoy improving processes
        • You are comfortable working independently
        • You are eager to learn and willing to experiment (growth mindset)
        • Strong command of the Dutch language and good communication skills
        • You live within commuting distance of Groningen (max. 1 hour travel time)
        • You are available at least 4 days per week (24–38 hours)
