        The Mundorf L71-1,8 is part of the MCoil L AirCore range, designed for use as a precision inductive element in passive speaker networks and other crossover components. With an inductance of 1.8 mH and a tight ±2% tolerance, it is suited for builds where predictable electrical values are important.


        This air-core design uses an OFC copper SolidCore conductor with a 0.40 mm² cross section. The wire specification is AWG 21 with a 0.71 mm conductor diameter, giving the coil a DC resistance of 1.22 Ohm.


        The winding is taped for fixation, helping the coil maintain its physical structure during handling and installation. Its Ø40 x H20 mm dimensions make it a compact choice among passive crossover coils.
