        Mundorf BL71-2,2 2.2 mH MCoil BL AirCore Baked Varnish Coil 1.39 Ohm

        The Mundorf BL71-2,2 belongs to the MCoil BL AirCore Baked Varnish series, designed for precise use in passive crossover components. With an inductance of 2.2 mH and a tight ±2% tolerance, it offers dependable value accuracy for carefully tuned filter networks.


        As an air-core design, this coil uses no magnetic core material. The construction is built around OFC copper SolidCore wire, combining a 0.40 mm² cross section with AWG 21 and a 0.71 mm wire diameter.


        The baked varnish winding fixation helps keep the coil mechanically stable, supporting consistent performance in speaker crossover assemblies. Its 1.39 Ohm DC resistance makes it suitable where the specified series resistance is part of the crossover design.


        With compact Ø40 x H20 mm dimensions and Mundorf L4020 coil body type, the BL71-2,2 is practical for integration alongside other coils and filter parts in DIY or replacement crossover layouts.
