        Mundorf BL71-1,8 1.8 mH Air-Core Baked Varnish Coil 1.22 Ohm

        The Mundorf BL71-1,8 belongs to the MCoil BL AirCore Baked Varnish range, designed as a precision inductor for passive audio filtering. With its 1.8 mH inductance and ±2% tolerance, it is a practical choice for accurate crossover components in speaker projects.


        Its air-core construction uses an OFC copper SolidCore conductor, avoiding a magnetic core while maintaining a defined electrical specification. The BL71-1,8 has a DC resistance of 1.22 Ohm, making it easy to account for in crossover calculations and component matching.


        The baked winding fixation keeps the coil windings secured in the finished assembly. This makes the BL71-1,8 suitable for DIY loudspeaker builders and repair work where reliable coils are required for passive filter networks.
