        The Mundorf BL100-1,8 is part of the MCoil BL AirCore Baked Varnish series, designed for use as a high-quality inductor in audio filtering circuits. With an inductance of 1.8 mH and a tight ±2% tolerance, it is a precise choice for passive crossover components where predictable values are important.


        This coil uses an air-core design, avoiding core-material saturation and keeping the construction straightforward and linear. The winding is fixed with baked varnish, giving the coil a stable structure that helps maintain its geometry during installation and use.


        The conductor is OFC copper SolidCore with a 0.79 mm² cross section, specified as AWG 18 with a 1.00 mm wire diameter. Its 0.70 Ohm DC resistance makes it suitable for crossover designs that require a defined series resistance alongside the target inductance.
