As an air-core design, this coil uses no magnetic core material. The baked winding fixation helps keep the winding mechanically stable, while the OFC-copper SolidCore conductor provides a straightforward, high-quality signal path for passive audio circuits.
With a DC resistance of 0.21 Ohm, the BL100-0,22 keeps series resistance low for its size and value. The 0.79 mm² conductor corresponds to AWG 18 with a 1.00 mm wire diameter, making it a practical choice among precision coils for DIY and replacement crossover work.
