        The Mundorf BH100-1,5 is a baked varnish ferrite/Aronit DrumCore MCoil with 1.5 mH inductance, ±3% tolerance and low 0.17 Ohm DC resistance, wound with 18 AWG OFC copper SolidCore wire.

        Mundorf BH100-1,5 MCoil Ferrite/Aronit DrumCore Baked Varnish Coil

        The Mundorf BH100-1,5 is part of the MCoil BH series, built around a ferrite/Aronit drum core and fixed with baked varnish. With an inductance of 1.5 mH and a ±3% tolerance, it is designed for precise use in passive crossover components where consistent electrical values are important.


        Its 0.17 Ohm DC resistance helps keep series losses low, while the OFC copper SolidCore winding provides a reliable conductor path. The wire specification is 0.79 mm², AWG 18, with a 1.00 mm wire diameter, making this one of Mundorf’s compact low-resistance coils in the BH100 range.


        The baked winding fixation improves mechanical stability, helping the coil maintain its form during installation and use. The F3025 coil body keeps the component compact, with dimensions of Ø30 x H25 mm for straightforward integration into crossover layouts.


        Use the BH100-1,5 when you need a compact drum core inductor for speaker crossover work, especially where a defined 1.5 mH value, low DC resistance and stable Mundorf construction are required.
