        The Martini Tower is a complete DIY speaker kit developed for builders who want a balanced, full-size loudspeaker without having to design the enclosure and component layout from scratch. The 2.5-way bass reflex design combines a classic driver configuration with a slim cabinet, making it suitable for dedicated hi-fi systems, music listening and everyday home audio use.

         

        Each speaker design uses two SB Acoustics 15NRXC30-8-131T midwoofers together with a Peerless DX25TG59-04dome tweeter. This driver combination delivers an open, detailed top end, a natural midrange and tight, full bass reproduction from a compact-width floorstanding enclosure. With a 47 to 20,000 Hz frequency range, the Martini Tower covers a wide listening spectrum for music, films and general listening.

         

        The kit is rated at 100 watt RMS and has a nominal impedance of 4 ohms. Its 91 dB sensitivity at 2.83 V/1 m helps make the Martini Tower relatively easy to drive in typical hi-fi setups. The cabinet measures 95 x 17.15 x 23.5 cm, so these slim tower speakers can be placed next to a TV, audio furniture or in a stereo listening room without dominating the space.

         

        The Martini Tower name refers to the Martinitoren in Groningen, the well-known landmark of the city where SoundImports is based. As a complete pair of floorstanding speakers with an included wood flatpack, the kit offers a practical route to a serious DIY loudspeaker build with pleasant sound, rich bass and a clean, narrow column design.
