        The Hypex DSP3-213 is a compact three-channel DSP module for active loudspeaker, subwoofer and studio monitor designs, offering IIR and FIR processing, three presets and expansion options for digital or subwoofer input integration.         Hypex DSP3-213 Three Channel DSP Module

         

        The Hypex DSP3-213 is a high-grade mono DSP module based on the Analog Devices ADAU1452. It is designed for use with mains powered NCORE amplifier power modules and Fusion amplifier platforms, including compatible MP, NCMP and NCAS series systems. With three output channels, it supports mono and 3-way active loudspeaker configurations in a compact board format.

         

        Signal processing is configured with Hypex Filter Design software. The DSP3-213 supports IIR and FIR filtering, with 15 biquads available per channel. For each preset, you can use either one 4500-tap FIR filter directly after the input or three 1500-tap FIR filters on the outputs, one for each channel. The module also supports configurable soft clip limiting and per-channel delay from 0 ms to 32 ms.

         

        The standard input configuration includes analogue XLR and RCA inputs, with automatic source selection and automatic signal detection. With the optional DIGin3-322 board, the DSP3-213 adds AES, S/PDIF and optical inputs, while the optional SUBin3-110 board adds high-level subwoofer input functionality. Multiple DSP3-213 boards can also be used in a master-slave setup for stereo or 2.1 systems.

         

        The DSP3-213 is suitable for active loudspeakers, active subwoofers, PA systems, studio monitors and integrated amplifier designs. It offers strong technical performance, including a 93.75 kHz DSP and ADC sampling rate, -109 dB signal-to-noise ratio on analogue input, -100 dB analogue input THD+N and 350 µs analogue latency. For amplifier-based DIY and OEM builds, it integrates directly with compatible Hypex amplifier modules.
