        Visaton K 28 WP - 8 1.0" Micro Speaker 8 Ohm

         

        The Visaton K 28 WP - 8 is a compact micro speaker designed for applications where installation space is very limited. Its Mylar plastic diaphragm supports balanced reproduction, making it well suited for voice output and monitoring functions in electronic equipment.

         

        With a frequency response of 300 to 20000 Hz and a mean sound pressure level of 75 dB at 1 W/1 m, this miniature driver delivers clear speech intelligibility in a very small format. As part of compact audio components designs, it is a practical choice for alert tones, monitoring audio and voice reproduction.

         

        The K 28 WP - 8 uses solder joints for connection and requires a 24 mm cutout for installation. The front side reaches IP65 protection when the speaker is built into a sealed enclosure, with gluing and a front grille used where necessary.

         

        This driver is suitable for demanding device environments thanks to its -40 to 70 °C temperature range and cold-function performance according to EN 60068-2-1/EN 50155. At only 7 g net weight, it integrates easily into compact speakers or electronic monitoring applications where low mass and small size are important.
