SoundImports is growing! In recent years, we have grown from an unknown webshop to the best-rated webshop for DIY audio in Europe. In the coming years, we will focus strongly on further growth and professionalization of our marketing. Performance marketing plays a crucial role in this. That is why we are looking for a Performance Marketer who will be responsible for our paid traffic and continuously focus on results.

About this role

As a Performance Marketer, you will work daily on setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our online advertising campaigns. You will use data to guide your decisions, continuously test, and know how to convert traffic into profitable growth. In addition, you will be an important sparring partner for external agencies with whom we work closely, and you will actively contribute ideas about strategy, scalability, and improvement.

What are you going to do?

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns;
• POAS strategy optimizations and further developments;
• Setting up, managing, and optimizing META Ads (Facebook & Instagram);
• Performance analyses, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements;
• Acting as a sparring partner for external agencies with regard to performance and strategy;
• Taking responsibility for high-quality traffic to the webshop.

• You have demonstrable experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and META Ads;

• You are available 32-38 hours per week;
