B2B Sales Support Officer (32–38 hours per week)

Audio Components BV is growing and our Sales department is growing with it.

That’s why we’re looking for an extra colleague for our sales team. Someone who won’t just answer customer questions, but who truly enjoys finding and onboarding new customers. Acquisition will therefore also be a task in this role.

You will accelerate our growth!

As a Sales Support Representative at Audio Components (the business division of SoundImports) you’ll have a direct impact on our success. You are the first point of contact for our B2B customers. These are business clients and are mostly located outside the Netherlands. Audio Components therefore has a strong international character, with English usually being the working language. We help customers via email and phone, but client visits and trade fairs are also part of the job, you make it personal! The focus will, however, be on working from our office in Groningen.

Your responsibilities include:

• Order Management: Processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Generates new sales;
• Onboarding new customers and delivering value immediately;
• Building personal relationships through custom services, e-mail and phone support  
• Liaising with colleagues from other departments as a ‘connector’.

• You speak and write basic Dutch;
• You speak English well;
• You may also speak German, sehr gut;
• You are available full-time (38 hrs) (minimum 34 hrs);
• You live within a maximum travel distance of 60 minutes from Groningen;
  
  

Bonus points if you have knowledge of audio or electrical engineering.
