AI-Automation Trainee (32-38 hr p/w)

SoundImports is growing fast! Over the past few years, we have grown from an unknown webshop into the highest-rated webshop for DIY audio in Europe. In the coming years, we are strongly focused on further professionalising and automating our processes. AI plays a key role in this ambition.
That’s why we are looking for an AI Automation Trainee who wants to help us build smart, scalable automations together.

As an AI Automation Trainee, you work at the intersection of technology and business processes. You help make our daily operations smarter and more efficient by using AI and automation.

What are you going to do?

Depending on your interests and development, your responsibilities may include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining automations in n8n;
• Automating processes within customer service, logistics, marketing, and administration;
• Integrating AI solutions (such as LLMs) into existing workflows;
• Connecting internal systems, webshops, and external tools via API's; 
• Identifying inefficiencies and contributing ideas for smarter process design;
• Documenting and improving existing automations.

• Experience with n8n, no-/low-code tools, APIs, or AI tools is a plus, but not required.

What we offer?

• Salary scale 7: € 2.523,- to € 3.493,- depending on your experience;
