AI-Automation Engineer (32-38 hr p/w)

In recent years, we have grown from an unknown webshop to the best-rated webshop for DIY audio in Europe.
In the coming years, we will be focusing strongly on further professionalizing and automating our processes. AI plays a key role in this. That is why we are looking for an AI Automation Engineer who wants to work with us to build smart, scalable automation solutions.

As an AI Automation Engineer, you will work at the intersection of technology and business processes. You will help us organize our daily activities more intelligently by utilizing AI and automation. Our central automation tool is n8n, which we use to link processes, enable data flow, and integrate AI applications in practice. Within SoundImports, an existing team is already working on this, and we would like to further expand the impact of this team with the right people!

What are you going to do?

• Designing, building, and maintaining automations in n8n;
• Automating processes within customer service, logistics, marketing, and administration;
• Integrating AI solutions (such as LLMs) into existing workflows;
• Linking internal systems, web shops, and external tools via APIs;
• Identifying inefficiencies and contributing ideas for smarter process design;
• Documenting and improving existing automations.
• Continuously innovating, you regularly pitch new AI opportunities within the AI-team and MT.

What we offer?

• Salary scale 8: € 2.756,- to € 4079,- depending on your experience;
