        NERO-18SW1900D 18" Professional Subwoofer

         

        The NERO-18SW1900D is an 18-inch high-performance subwoofer built for demanding pro audio and sound reinforcement environments. Designed with a powerful ferrite motor structure, it features a large 4.5" interleaved sandwich voice coil wound with AISV copper wire, allowing it to handle up to 1900 W AES and 3800 W peak. Its long linear excursion of 17.5 mm (one-way) is supported by a dual spider suspension and triple-roll surround, enabling it to move large volumes of air while maintaining mechanical control.

         

        The motor system incorporates a shorting ring and an aluminum cooling device mounted on the yoke, effectively reducing power compression and distortion during long sessions. The cone is housed in a rigid aluminum die-cast basket, while the weather-resistant design makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. With a sensitivity of 95 dB, frequency response from 33 Hz to 3.1 kHz, and low Qts of 0.42, the NERO-18SW1900D is optimized for tight, accurate bass and integration in vented or horn-loaded enclosures. Ideal for high-output subwoofer arrays and low-frequency augmentation in large venues, the NERO-18SW1900D delivers professional-grade performance with precision and reliability.
