        REDCATT 25TF-X4B 1.0" Silk Dome Tweeter 4 Ohm

         

        The REDCATT 25TF-X4B is a compact dome tweeter designed for high-quality audio applications. Its single-piece poly-silk dome is formed together with the surround, giving the driver a controlled high-frequency character with a smoother roll-off than the aluminum-dome version in the same 25TF family.

         

        The ferrite magnetic system is built for a robust and consistent B field, while the FEM-optimized design includes a small resonant chamber. With a 1000 Hz Fs, 89.5 dB sensitivity, and smooth response, this tweeter is well suited for straightforward crossover development.

         

        Power handling is specified at 10 W AES, 20 W continuous, and 40 W peak. The CCAW voice coil construction and precision adhesive dispensing support consistent production quality, making the 25TF-X4B a reliable choice among high-frequency audio components.

         

        Recommended applications include studio monitors, 2-way Hi-Fi systems, compact PA designs, column arrays, and outdoor products.
