        REDCATT 201TN 0.8" Dome Tweeter 8 Ohm

         

        The REDCATT 201TN is a compact tweeter designed for high-frequency use in compact loudspeaker projects. Its neodymium magnet helps keep the driver light and space-efficient, while the aluminium former and CCAW winding support a practical balance of performance and low moving mass.

         

        This dome tweeter is supplied as a bare tweeter, making it well suited for integration into your own waveguide or into a baffle with an integrated waveguide. That gives designers flexibility when tuning dispersion and acoustic loading for custom speaker designs.

         

        With a resonance frequency of 1900 Hz and a wide-band frequency response, the 201TN helps simplify crossover work in compact systems. It handles 10 W AES power, 20 W continuous power and 40 W peak power, with a sensitivity of 86 dB.

         

        The 201TN is a practical choice for tabletop studio monitors, prosumer products, bookshelf speakers, TV bars, compact 2-way PA concepts and micro line-arrays. Its 19.70 mm mounting depth and 0.04 kg net weight make it easy to integrate where space and weight are limited.
