        REDCATT 154FIND 15" Bass-Mid Woofer 8 Ohm

         

        The REDCATT 154FIND is designed as a cost-effective professional bass-mid woofer for systems that need strong output, solid low-frequency extension and usable midrange performance. With a sensitivity of 97.38 dB and a resonant frequency of 38 Hz, it is well suited to high-output PA designs where efficiency and controlled excursion are important.

         

        Its lightweight treated paper cone helps the 154FIND deliver extended mid-frequency response, making it a practical choice for two-way and multi-way speakers used together with dedicated low-frequency sections. The ferrite motor, steel basket and 63.5 mm copper voice coil provide a robust foundation for demanding sound reinforcement applications.

         

        Power handling is a key strength of this driver. The 154FIND is rated at 500 W AES, 1000 W continuous and 2000 W peak, with a composite Polyimide former designed to withstand peak temperatures above 280°C. The treated cone and weather-protected metal parts help the driver cope with harsh environments and high humidity.

         

        For vented cabinet builds, REDCATT recommends bass-reflex alignments such as 125 liters tuned to 44 Hz for high output and strong mid-bass, or 150 liters tuned to 40 Hz for a balanced general-purpose response. A 150 liter enclosure tuned to 36 Hz can provide deeper extension when combined with suitable high-pass filter protection, making the 154FIND a flexible option among professional woofers.
