REDCATT 075NCD 0.75" Compression Driver 8 Ohm
The REDCATT 075NCD is built for efficient high-frequency reproduction in compact systems. Its neodymium magnetic circuit provides strong motor force while keeping weight low, making it especially useful for portable speakers, compact PA satellites, and weight-critical column-array designs.
With 100 dB sensitivity, a 2300 Hz resonant frequency, and 8 ohm rated impedance, this compression driver is designed for high-output applications where space is limited. Power handling is rated at 20 W AES, 40 W continuous, and 80 W peak, giving it the capacity needed for professional loudspeaker systems and high-output hi-fi projects.
The diaphragm assembly uses a polymer dome and suspension, coupled to a high-temperature Kapton voice coil former. Acoustic output exits through a bullet phase plug and 0.75" throat aperture, making the 075NCD a practical choice for horn/waveguide tweeter applications and other compact HF sections.
Mechanical integration is straightforward thanks to its small 59.5 mm overall diameter, 35 mm mounting depth, 53 mm bolt circle, and four mounting holes. At only 0.17 kg, the 075NCD is well suited to portable products and lightweight tweeters assemblies where output, size, and weight all matter.
