        PRV Audio TW450Ti-Nd-4 Professional Super Tweeter

         

        The PRV Audio TW450Ti-Nd-4 is a professional-grade super tweeter engineered for applications that require high sound pressure levels and precise high-frequency reproduction. Featuring a 1.0” (25.4 mm) aluminum voice coil on a Kapton former and a titanium diaphragm, this tweeter offers excellent thermal stability and clarity at high output levels. With a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, it handles 60 watts RMS and up to 120 watts program power, making it suitable for professional PA systems, line arrays, and high-efficiency DIY speaker designs.

         

        Operating across a frequency response of 4,500 Hz to 20,000 Hz (-10 dB), the TW450Ti-Nd-4 is optimized for use with a recommended high-pass crossover at 6000 Hz (12 dB/octave) for full power handling. The neodymium magnet structure keeps the overall weight low while maintaining strong magnetic flux, improving efficiency and transient response.

         

        The super tweeter includes two mounting options, bolt-on or screw-through-the-baffle, allowing easy integration into various cabinet designs.
