        PRV Audio 15W1000v2 15" Professional Low Frequency Driver

         

        The PRV Audio 15W1000v2 is a rugged 15" low-frequency speaker optimized for use in compact and powerful subwoofer enclosures. With a 3" (76 mm) copper voice coil and a heavy-duty aluminum former, this driver handles 500 Watts RMS and up to 2000 Watts peak power with minimal power compression.

         

        The speaker’s sensitivity of 97 dB at 2.83V/1m allows it to deliver loud, clear bass response while maintaining efficiency across a wide frequency band of 40 Hz to 4,000 Hz. Its Xmax of 6.37 mm ensures clean low-end reproduction, while the high BL factor of 14.54 Tm contributes to tight and controlled output.

         

        Constructed with a durable stamped steel frame and a lightweight yet strong moving assembly, the 15W1000v2 provides reliable performance in both mobile and fixed installations. Its overall diameter is 386 mm with a mounting depth of 148 mm, making it a flexible choice for professional loudspeaker builders.
