        Morel Integra 624 160.2 mm Hybrid Integra Coaxial Full-Range Driver 4 Ohm

         

        The Morel Integra 624 is built as a high-quality raw driver for demanding audio components projects where a compact point-source layout is preferred. Its coaxial architecture places the soft dome tweeter in a time-aligned tweeter-woofer configuration, helping the driver behave as a coherent full-range woofer solution within its intended operating range.

         

        The tweeter section uses a 28 mm voice coil and Acuflex hand-coated soft dome, while the woofer section features a large 54 mm Hexatech aluminum voice coil. Both sections are rated at 4 ohm nominal impedance. The tweeter has 89 dB sensitivity, and the woofer reaches 90.3 dB sensitivity, measured at 2.83 V/1 m. Transient power handling is specified at 200 W for the tweeter and 500 W for the woofer.

         

        Morel combines a composite paper cone, Hybrid neodymium/ferrite magnet system, Uniflow design and aluminum die-cast chassis to support controlled performance and robust mechanical construction. For builders comparing compact high-performance woofers, the Integra 624 also offers practical installation dimensions: 160.2 mm overall diameter, 69 mm overall height, 63 mm basket depth and a 140 mm cutout diameter.

         

        The woofer’s Thiele-Small parameters include a 58 Hz resonant frequency, 0.35 total Q, 15.35 L equivalent compliance volume and 119 cm² effective piston area. Linear excursion is ±3.0 mm for the woofer and ±0.25 mm for the tweeter. Six mounting holes are positioned on a 152 mm diameter circle at 60 degree intervals, with 4.2 mm inner hole diameter for secure installation.
