        Lundahl LL2769-PPr Tube Amplifier Output Transformer 4.7 kΩ to 5 Ω / 8 Ω Push-Pull

         

        The Lundahl LL2769-PPr is built for tube amplifiers using output tubes such as EL34, KT88 and KT150. Its push-pull primary connection makes it suitable for serious tube amplifier projects where a robust, purpose-built output transformer is required.

         

        Internally, the transformer uses two coils, each made up of 5 sections, combined with a high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel C-core from Lundahl’s own production. This construction supports stable output transformer performance while keeping the design suitable for demanding audio components applications.

         

        The LL2769-PPr offers 4.7 kΩ primary operation with secondary connection options for 5 Ω and 8 Ω loads. A tapped secondary connection for 5 Ω and 8 Ω is also supported, giving builders practical flexibility when matching the transformer to different loudspeaker impedances.

         

        Key electrical ratings include an approximate turns ratio of 4 x 30 : 2 x (4 + 2 + 1), a maximum recommended primary heating DC current of 180 mA and a maximum primary signal voltage at 30 Hz of 690 V RMS in push-pull operation. With a weight of 2.5 kg and M4 mounting holes, it is a substantial choice for tube amplifier builds and related amplifier accessories work.
