        The Lundahl LL1673-15 is a 15 H two-coil choke for tube amplifier anode supplies, designed for 140 mA recommended DC current in series connection.

        Lundahl LL1673-15 15 H Choke for Tube Amplifier Anode Supply 140 mA

         

        The Lundahl LL1673-15 is built for tube amplifier anode supply filtering and can be used in both choke input and capacitor input applications. As a specialist part for amplifiers, it provides a 15 H series configuration with a recommended DC current of 140 mA and a saturating current of 200 mA.

         

        This two-coil choke offers flexible wiring options. In parallel connection, the LL1673-15 provides 3.75 H inductance with 280 mA recommended DC current and 400 mA saturating current. This makes it a versatile choice among high-grade audio components for power supply design in tube amplifier projects.

         

        The winding construction uses Lundahl’s high internal isolation technique, with isolation foil between each copper layer. Each winding has a static resistance of 30 Ω, while isolation is rated at 4 kV between windings and 2 kV between windings and core. The audio C-core is produced in-house by Lundahl for consistent magnetic performance.

         

        For installation, the LL1673-15 weighs 1.35 kg and uses 4 x M4 mounting holes on a 75 x 75 mm layout. It is well suited for builders working with amplifier accessories and DIY amplifier kits where a robust tube amplifier power supply choke is required.
