        Dayton Audio KABT-250 stereo Bluetooth amplifier module

         

        The Dayton Audio KABT-250 amplifier board is a feature-rich solution for DIY wireless audio systems, portable speakers, and embedded smart devices. Powered by a high-efficiency Class D amplifier, it delivers 50 watts per channel in stereo mode or 100 watts in mono bridged mode. With Bluetooth 5.0 and aptX support, users enjoy high-quality, low-latency wireless streaming, while True Wireless Stereo (TWS) capability allows pairing two boards for full stereo separation.

        The board features a 12–24 VDC input or can be powered by an external battery (note: it does not include charging functionality). Inputs include 3.5 mm AUX and external line-in, while outputs are configured via onboard headers for flexible wiring. Additional features include gain switching (20 dB or 26 dB), external volume and Bluetooth pairing support, and a PC UI socket for DSP programming via the optional KPX module.

        Designed for hobbyists, makers, and integrators, the KABT-250 combines robust audio performance with deep customization potential in a compact, modular form factor.

        Ik gebruik de goedkopere variant van Sure Electronics. Visueel identiek, behalve de kleur van het printplaatje. Ik vraag me af wat de meerprijs van de Dayton Audio verantwoordt. De Sure heeft zich voor mij bewezen. Ik gebruik hem in een 2.1, 2*50 Watt voor de tops, 1*100 Watt voor de sub.
