        Intertechnik JETSET50IT Inside flare | Ø50 mm

        The Intertechnik JETSET50IT Inside Flare is a practical component for improving the airflow behaviour of a bass-reflex speaker system. By flaring the inner end of the port, it helps guide air more smoothly in and out of the tube, reducing unwanted turbulence inside the cabinet.


        This smoother airflow can help minimize port noise, especially at higher excursion levels where air movement through the port becomes more pronounced. The result is a cleaner bass response with less audible chuffing and better overall low-frequency clarity.


        The flare is made from durable ABS plastic and is designed for use with 50 mm diameter speaker ports. Its 90 mm inner flare diameter provides a wider transition area at the cabinet side of the bass-reflex tube.


        Use the JETSET50IT as the inside flare in a Jet Set 50 bass-reflex port assembly, either for new loudspeaker builds or as part of a cabinet tuning upgrade where reduced port turbulence is desired.
