The Hypex NCAS500MP is a compact NCORE® active speaker amplifier module with one 200 W low-frequency channel and one 50 W mid/high-frequency channel, designed for efficient two-way active loudspeaker systems.
Hypex NCAS500MP 1 x 200 W + 1 x 50 W NCORE® Amplifier Module
The NCAS500MP is built for compact active speakers that need defined power allocation in a two-way configuration. Its full-bridge high-power channel delivers up to 200 W for low-frequency drivers, while the half-bridge medium-power channel delivers up to 50 W for midrange or high-frequency drivers.
As part of the NCORE® Active Speaker Family, this module combines high efficiency, very low noise and very low frequency-independent THD with a low output impedance. The fully load-independent frequency response helps maintain predictable audio performance across different loudspeaker loads.
The integrated regulated switch-mode power supply supports universal mains operation, making the NCAS500MP a practical choice for mains-powered amplifier modules in active loudspeaker projects. A dedicated low-power standby supply is included and complies with 2013 ERP Lot 6 requirements for a maximum standby consumption of 0.5 W.
The NCAS500MP is suitable for studio monitors, active PA loudspeakers and active HiFi systems where compact, integrated amplifiers are required. Built-in protection features include advanced overcurrent protection, excessive DC protection, over-temperature protection and short-circuit protection.
