I stared off quite disliking the company, as I ordered a pair of these woofers and they both arrived damaged and unusable. On emailing the company about the problem, they send out a replacement pair free of charge the next day and to top it all off, I got to keep the other pair for possible replacement parts! I will definitely be using this company again to finish off my current project. I will also write a second review on these woofers when I have the whole system up and running.
