The Fosi Audio ZP3 is a high-fidelity balanced preamplifier designed to deliver transparent, low-distortion sound with robust interference resistance. Built on NE5532 operational amplifiers, the ZP3 excels in reproducing music with exceptional clarity, offering a dynamic range of ≥115dB, a THD+N of ≤0.0008%, and a noise floor as low as 4μV. It minimizes ground loop noise, making it ideal for professional audio environments and audiophile listening rooms alike.
Connectivity is a strong point, with TRS/XLR combo inputs, balanced XLR outputs, and RCA/Sub outputs supporting a variety of setups. The ZP3 includes adjustable tone controls for bass (±12dB), treble (±6dB), and left/right channel balance, allowing users to tailor the output to personal preferences or room acoustics. Volume memory per input ensures seamless switching between sources without disruptive volume jumps.
Additional features extend its versatility: a dedicated subwoofer output (20Hz–200Hz) supports full 2.1-channel systems, while a 3-way high-pass filter switch adjusts the XLR/RCA output crossover between 20Hz–20kHz, 80Hz–20kHz, and 120Hz–20kHz. A bypass switch lets you preserve the source signal path by disabling tone control circuitry when desired.
For even greater sound customization, the ZP3 supports op-amp rolling, making it easy for advanced users to fine-tune the sonic character. A 12V trigger input/output is also included for synchronized power control with compatible Fosi Audio gear.
