        The Dayton Audio WP40XTW is built for customers who need clear, balanced sound from compact indoor and outdoor speakers. Its 2-way design uses a 4" graphite cone woofer with rubber surround and a 0.75" silk dome tweeter, supported by a passive radiator that extends low-frequency output for a fuller sound than typical sealed pendant designs of similar size.

         

        With an 80 to 20,000 Hz frequency response, 20 W RMS power handling and 40 W maximum power handling, the WP40XTW is suitable for background music and distributed audio systems in residential or commercial spaces. The 120° coverage angle helps provide broad dispersion, while the 84 dB sensitivity and 99 dB maximum SPL support dependable performance in patios, venues, gardens and indoor areas.

         

        The IP66-rated weather-resistant ABS enclosure makes this model a strong choice for outdoor speakers applications where durability matters. The white finish keeps the installation discreet, and the compact 235 x 147.8 mm enclosure with a 2.11 kg weight is easy to integrate into a wide range of spaces.

         

        Installation flexibility is a key strength of the WP40XTW. It includes pendant, wall and landscape mounting options, with mounting hardware, hanging cable with carabiner, eyebolt and nut, wall mount bracket, landscape mount and base plate included. The integrated 70V/100V transformer offers tap settings up to 20 W, while the 8-ohm bypass allows use with compatible standard amplifiers.
