The Dayton Audio MA880 delivers 8 channels (4 stereo zones) of clean, efficient Class D power in a compact 2U rack-mountable form. With 80 watts per channel at 8 ohms (160W at 4 ohms), or 160 watts bridged into 8 ohms, it's ideal for driving in-wall speakers, ceiling speakers, or distributed audio systems. Input flexibility includes 8 individual RCA channel inputs and two global stereo bus inputs (Bus A/B), with per-channel input selection switches to assign signal routing per zone.
Installation is streamlined with Phoenix-style speaker outputs, independent gain control per channel, and auto-on signal sensing or 12V trigger activation per zone. Loop outputs allow daisy-chaining of audio signals to additional amplifiers, and the built-in protection circuitry guards against overload, short circuit, and thermal faults.

When configured for bridged output, the amplifier will use only the left input channel. This ensures optimal performance and easy setup for bridged audio applications.
The MA880 does not come with a remote, however, it does have a trigger input so that other devices can turn it on.
