        I bought these as a replacement for some old Peerless woofers whose foam surround had worn out. They are a huge improvement and provide really clear bass with lots of punch. This is despite being installed in a 1 cubic foot sealed cabinet which is smaller than recommended so they would probably sound even better in a larger or ported cabinet. I highly recommend these woofers!

        very nice woofer for its money, with rubber instead of foam. The right specs to replace old Akai woofers with worn foam. The big magnet compensates the rubber and makes the sensivity just right.
