        Dayton Audio CFC100-8 3.5" Carbon Fiber Full Range Woofer 8 Ohm

         

        The Dayton Audio CFC100-8 is a compact full-range woofer built around a woven carbon fiber cone. This cone construction keeps moving mass low while maintaining excellent rigidity, helping the driver deliver a clean and detailed character across its operating range.

         

        With an 8 ohm impedance, 15 watts RMS power handling and 82 dB sensitivity at 2.83V/1m, the CFC100-8 is well suited for compact woofers and small speaker designs where bandwidth and controlled cone behavior are important. Its usable frequency range of 90 to 12,000 Hz allows it to cover a broad part of the audio spectrum from a single driver.

         

        The low-loss rubber surround and large flat spider are designed to support smooth, linear cone movement. A 2.5 mm Xmax gives this compact driver useful low-frequency capability, while key parameters such as Fs 107 Hz, Qts 0.78 and Vas 0.75 liters make it practical for small-format audio components projects.

         

        The low-profile frame gives you flexible flush or surface mounting options, making the CFC100-8 easy to integrate into compact enclosures and custom builds. Its combination of carbon fiber construction, wide response and small size makes it a strong choice for detailed full-range speaker applications.
