        Beyma CP12/N Compression Tweeter

         

        The Beyma CP12/N is a professional-grade compression tweeter developed to deliver exceptional performance in high-frequency reproduction. It features a 1” (25.8 mm) edgewound aluminium ribbon voice coil and an aluminium diaphragm, offering a lightweight yet durable solution with accurate transient response. The tweeter achieves a program power of 30 W and an AES power handling of 15 W, with sensitivity rated at 107 dB (1W/1m). It operates within a frequency range of 3 kHz to 20 kHz and is recommended to be crossed over at 6 kHz with a 12 dB/oct slope. The controlled 40° conical dispersion pattern allows for efficient long-throw projection, making it suitable for outdoor applications, semi-professional setups, and high-fidelity audio systems. The CP12/N is housed in a compact 87 x 87 mm frame, weighing only 0.75 kg, and supports a field-replaceable diaphragm for easy maintenance. Its high flux density (1.4 T) and Bl factor (4 N/A) ensure strong efficiency and precision, making it a trusted choice for compact enclosures demanding clarity and directional control.
