        Beyma 6B30P Low & Mid Frequency Transducer

         

        The Beyma 6B30P is a 6.5” low and mid-frequency transducer developed for precision audio reproduction in compact studio monitors and Hi-Fi speaker designs. With a program power of 100 W and a sensitivity of 90 dB (1W/1m), this driver provides detailed output with controlled dynamics across the 55 – 8,000 Hz range. A 1” copper voice coil and shorting cap improve high-frequency extension and reduce harmonic distortion, delivering a natural and linear response. The driver supports an extended linear excursion with a ±5.5 mm Xmax and 15 mm peak-to-peak excursion limit before damage, allowing it to perform with clarity and definition even at moderate volumes. Its low moving mass (0.014 kg), pressed steel frame, and lightweight 1.2 kg construction make it well-suited for compact enclosures where both sound quality and portability are essential. The 6B30P is ideal for near-field studio setups and Hi-Fi loudspeakers, offering performance-focused design in a compact footprint.
