        Beyma 5P200Nd Low Frequency Transducer

         

        The Beyma 5P200Nd is a compact 5” low-frequency transducer crafted for high-performance portable and installation speaker systems. Delivering 150 W AES and 300 W program power with a sensitivity of 92 dB (1W/1m), it offers efficient sound reproduction in a small footprint. Its broad frequency range from 80 Hz to 10,000 Hz makes it a versatile driver for both bass and midrange duties. Engineered around a lightweight FEA-optimized neodymium magnetic circuit, the 5P200Nd delivers precise control and fast transient response. It features a 1.5” voice coil, weatherproof paper cone, and a robust Santoprene™ surround, ensuring consistent performance even in demanding environments. A shorting cap further enhances performance by lowering harmonic distortion and extending high-frequency response. With ±5.7 mm Xmax and a peak excursion limit of 16 mm, the driver is capable of clean, controlled output with minimal distortion. Its low weight (1.2 kg) and compact recommended enclosure volume of just 3.5 liters make the 5P200Nd ideal for use in portable PA systems, small monitors, or compact array configurations where sound quality, efficiency, and durability are critical.
