        Beyma 5MP60/N Low & Mid Frequency Transducer

         

        The Beyma 5MP60/N is a precision-engineered 5” low and mid-frequency transducer tailored for compact full-range and monitor speaker systems. Rated at 50 W RMS and 100 W program power, this driver delivers clean, articulate sound reproduction across a wide frequency range of 65 to 12,000 Hz, with a sensitivity of 88 dB (1W/1m). Built for reliability and accuracy, the 5MP60/N features a 1” voice coil and a copper shorting cup to suppress harmonic distortion and extend high-frequency response. Its extended linear excursion of ±5.5 mm ensures clean performance even under demanding dynamic conditions, with a peak-to-peak mechanical excursion limit of 20 mm. The lightweight 1.2 kg design, combined with a recommended bass-reflex enclosure of just 8 liters (Fb = 54 Hz), makes this transducer especially suitable for space-limited applications. Whether integrated into a desktop monitor or a compact mobile PA system, the 5MP60/N delivers refined performance with tight bass and transparent mids.
