        Beyma 18QLEX1600Fe Low Frequency Transducer

         

        The Beyma 18QLEX1600Fe is a premium 18” low-frequency transducer built to handle extreme performance requirements with low distortion and high efficiency. It delivers a massive 1,600W AES continuous power and up to 3,200W program power, while maintaining excellent sensitivity at 97 dB (1W/1m). Designed with a high Bl factor (36.4 N/A), this driver ensures strong motor control and superior transient response.

        Featuring a robust 4” QUATTRO in/out copper voice coil, the 18QLEX1600Fe uses Beyma’s exclusive Neck Coupling Reinforcement (NCR) membrane and a double silicone spider for enhanced mechanical integrity and excursion control. The extended linear excursion (Xmax ±13 mm) and 60 mm peak-to-peak mechanical limit enable deep, undistorted bass at high SPLs.

        Thermal management is optimized with Beyma’s patented Malt Cross® cooling system, minimizing power compression even under long-duration loads. The FEA-designed ceramic magnetic circuit and integrated aluminium demodulating ring work together to reduce distortion and air noise. The weather-resistant cone, treated on both sides, and recommended bass-reflex tuning (Fb = 39 Hz, Vb = 125 L) make this subwoofer a durable and versatile choice for both indoor and outdoor sound systems.
