        The Audio Note CAP-100-R-50U-16V belongs to the KAISEI electrolytic capacitor range, developed for demanding audio applications. This 50 µF, 16 V polarised version is intended for circuits that require a high quality electrolytic capacitor with defined polarity.

         

        KAISEI capacitors were developed in collaboration with the engineering team at Rubycon and use a special electrolyte, foil and construction quality. The range was created as a more accessible alternative using many of the same material principles as Audio Note’s top replacement capacitor developments, without the graphite impregnated paper used in the most advanced versions.

         

        For builders selecting premium capacitors and carefully matched audio components, the CAP-100-R-50U-16V offers a focused choice for low voltage audio circuitry. Audio Note developed the KAISEI polarised range to replace earlier low voltage capacitor options such as Cerafine and Silmic values, with the aim of improved sound quality.

         

        This is the polarised version, so correct polarity and the 16 V operating limit must be observed during installation. Use it where your circuit design calls for a 50 µF polarised electrolytic capacitor with a 20% tolerance and Audio Note KAISEI construction.
