        The Amplimo 65PP20KG is designed as a toroidal tube output transformer for push-pull amplifier circuits. With a 20 kΩ primary impedance and 65 W nominal power handling, it is a specialised choice for high-quality audio components where wide bandwidth and robust construction are required.

         

        On the secondary side, the transformer provides 0, 4, 8, and 16 ohm connections, making it suitable for matching common loudspeaker impedances in tube amplifiers. The winding ratios are 70.3 for 4 ohm, 50.0 for 8 ohm, and 35.6 for 16 ohm. Only one secondary tap should be used at a time.

         

        Performance specifications include a -3 dB frequency bandwidth from 7 Hz to 22 kHz at 1 mW, with power bandwidth starting at 35 Hz. The transformer has a primary inductance of 1400 H, primary leakage inductance of 13 mH, and primary capacitance of 410 pF, supporting stable operation across a broad audio range.
