        The Amplimo 28017 is a compact 50 VA toroidal transformer with a 230 VAC primary and two 30 V secondary windings rated at 0.83 A each. It is supplied with mounting hardware and carries CE, RoHS, KEMA KEUR, ENEC, UL and CSA approvals.

        Amplimo 28017 50 VA 2 x 30 V Toroidal Transformer

        The Amplimo 28017 is a 50 VA toroidal transformer designed for a 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz primary supply. Its two secondary windings deliver 30 V at 0.83 A each, making it a practical transformer choice for mains-powered builds and service work involving electromechanics.


        The dual secondary configuration gives you flexibility during integration. The windings can be connected in series to double the secondary voltage, or in parallel to double the available secondary current. With 12% regulation, the 28017 provides a clear and predictable electrical specification for compatible power supplies and transformer-based assemblies.


        Its toroidal construction keeps the unit compact, with an 80 mm diameter and 39 mm height, measured without mounting materials. The transformer weighs 0.74 kg and is fitted with solid leads of approximately 200 mm, giving you enough length for neat internal wiring in suitable enclosures and accessories.


        Mounting hardware is included: one 70 mm metal washer, two 70 mm neoprene washers and an M5 x 50 mm bolt with nut. The primary should be protected with a 0.25 A time-lag fuse in 5 x 20 mm IEC127 format with a high I²t value. No secondary fuse is specified. The transformer is CE and RoHS compliant and carries KEMA KEUR, ENEC, UL and CSA approvals.
