        70V 10W Line Matching Transformer

         

        The is designed for distributed speaker installations where a low-impedance loudspeaker must be matched to a constant-voltage line. With 70 V operation up to 10 W and multiple 25 V tap options, it is a practical accessory for adapting compatible speakers to fixed-voltage audio systems.

         

        The colour-coded primary taps make power selection clear during installation. For 25 V systems, the transformer provides 10 W, 5 W, 2.5 W, 1.5 W and 0.5 W tap options. For 70 V systems, available taps include 10 W, 5 W, 2.5 W, 1.25 W and 0.62 W.

         

        On the low-impedance side, the transformer supports both 4 Ω and 8 Ω speaker connections. The white lead is used for 4 Ω, the gray lead for 8 Ω and the black lead serves as common, giving flexibility when matching the transformer to the connected driver or speaker load.

         

        Colour-coded wiring helps keep installation organised: black is common, while the individual tap leads identify the selected voltage and wattage setting. Select the tap that matches the amplifier line voltage and the required power level before connecting the speaker.
