        70V 15W Speaker Line Matching Transformer

         

        The line matching transformer is made for constant-voltage sound distribution systems using a 70.7 V carrier line. It allows compatible low-impedance speakers to be used with public address amplifiers, making it suitable for distributed audio installations where multiple loudspeakers share one amplifier line.

         

        With selectable primary taps at 5 W, 7.5 W, 10 W and 15 W, this transformer lets you set the power level for each connected speaker position. The secondary side supports both 4 ohm and 8 ohm loads, giving flexibility when matching common speaker impedances in an installation.

         

        The transformer offers a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20,000 Hz and a minimum efficiency of 80%, supporting full-range voice and music transmission in PA-style systems. As an isolated line matching transformer, it is a practical audio component for adapting speakers to a constant-voltage line.

         

        Wiring is clearly arranged with color-coded leads for the common connection, wattage taps and 4 ohm or 8 ohm secondary outputs. Mounting holes are spaced approximately 70 mm center-to-center, making installation straightforward alongside other system accessories.
