These oversize zinc washers work perfect with nuts and bolts with heads larger than 6.35 mm to fill holes smaller than 25.4 mm. They also work for adding mass to passive radiators to attain target tuning frequencies.

6.35 mm x 25.4 mm Zinc Fender Washers

Use one or multiple washers to attain the right tuning frequency for passive radiators. Each zinc washer weighs approximately 5.1g, so use multiple washers to add the right amount mass to attain your target tuning frequency. Make sure the 25.4 mm washer is small enough to fit through the rear hole in your passive's frame and the shaft for mass is 6.35 mm or smaller.

These zinc washers also work perfect with nut and bolt sets with heads larger than 6.35 mm .The washers protect wood surfaces from scaring when tightening the nut and bolt set. They also work when your hole is larger than your nut and bolt heads as long as the hole is less than 25.4 mm.
