        Beyma 6CMV2 Low & Mid Frequency Transducer

         

        The Beyma 6CMV2 is a 6.5” low and mid-frequency transducer engineered for precision and efficiency in compact vented enclosures. With an AES-rated power handling of 220 W and a program power rating of 440 W, it provides strong output with minimal distortion. The driver’s 94 dB sensitivity ensures high efficiency in a variety of professional audio setups. Designed for bass and midbass reproduction, the 6CMV2 utilizes a 1.5” copper wire voice coil and a ferrite magnet motor structure, delivering accurate, controlled response from 95 Hz to 8,000 Hz. The pressed steel frame adds mechanical stability, while the double roll cloth surround helps maintain linear cone motion even under high excursion. With a maximum linear excursion (Xmax) of 5.7 mm and a total peak-to-peak displacement of 30 mm, the 6CMV2 supports substantial dynamic headroom. Its low moving mass (0.013 kg) and moderate inductance (0.5 mH) further improve transient response and clarity, making it a well-rounded solution for compact PA systems, stage monitors, and versatile multi-way speakers.
